At the apartment you have a number of shared swimming pools, landscaped gardens with palm trees and various plants. The apartment itself is furnished with a good kitchen, bathroom, lounge with a dining area and patio terrace.
A real luxury holiday apartment near to the beach, sailing, golfing and access to the local nature reserves and the Sierra Nevada which is roughly an hour and half drive from the apartment. It is also located near Granada and the Alhambra and the nature reserve of Punta Entinas. There is a lot of wildlife in the Sabinar which is only 15 minutes from the apartment, the area is the best area for golf in the Andalucian province.
The skiing resort is also near to the apartment and has some fantastic slopes for all category of skier.
The area is a popular tourist resort and has a large mountain drop that leads on to the beach, which is most of the time not so crowded and you can walk for miles. There is a harbour and an area for shopping, fishing and lots of bars and about 10 kilometers away is a marina with many yachts.
